Our residential living home aids in total care, skilled nursing care, long term stay, and care until end of life. We have a range of services that allow various people with different health issues to get given the care to meet all of their needs in mind, body, and soul. Such services include pastoral services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, hospice, and Bluestone Physician services.
Medicine 101
Our staff are extremely compassionate and dedicated to the work they are doing. Bluestone Physician services specialize in geriatrics, and we also go to the physician services which the client prefers. We also have visiting therapists and specialist medical doctors available. Our goal is to offer the best service and care for our clients, and to ensure their family and loved ones that the client is getting the specialized care that they need.
PT for Each Patient
All of our clients are evaluated by the doctors and the nurse, and from there are hand crafted a care plan that will properly fit to the need of the client.
We offer a wide range of cares for our current clients. From physical therapy to dementia care. We are open to receiving CADI care as well as traumatic brain injury services. If we are unable to care for a specific health need, we will offer resources for the client so that they can get the proper care that they need.
